10 Ways to Feel Good About You


10 ways to feel good about you:

Be good to your body and don’t feed it crap. Healthy food and exercise have a biochemical affect on your brain that boosts your mood and productivity.

Get outside, move and breath in the fresh air for at least 10 minutes every day. Even if you don’t want to, remind yourself its only for 10 minutes, and you will never regret it once you are out there.

Appreciate every day things…a smile, a hug, a blue sky, a fresh rain, etc

Do the thing on your to-do list that you don’t want to, first. You will have the relief of having that accomplished, and it won’t be hanging over your head, draining you of the pleasure of doing the other things you enjoy

Stuff happens, roll with it. You may not be in charge of circumstances, but you are in charge of how you perceive and react to them.

Rather than complain, figure out how you can fix it or let it go

Find something to laugh about every day

Surround yourself with positive, forward-thinking people

When you lay down to sleep, allow only positive, relaxing thoughts. If negative thoughts come to mind, picture them floating away to be addressed later

Smile…a lot. Its nearly impossible to be in a bad mood with a smile on your face
