Elegant, indeed! Looking forward to your posts – these are the best years ‘with your children around your feet’ as my grandmother once said, and full of ageless wisdom from the mouth of babes! I am looking forward and happy to be connected! (ps: Wil has to be the cutest 3 year old in the world!)

Hello Christie, my wife and I have just started a blog about our daughter who has Down Syndrome, Monica. She is 20 now and her contribution to our family has been life changing for us and our family, all for the best! Thank you for your posts and contribution. I liked your post on Co-Exist. We decided to blog our experiences after hearing about a couple who’s marriage is severly stressed by their ultrasound results. We are hoping our very positive experience might broaden perspectives of people in like situations. Its our first blog and we were happy to see others have blogged their experiences also. All the best.

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment and share your story!! I am a big advocate of awareness, so its wonderful to hear that you and your wife have started a blog about Monica! As you know, having a child with special needs does create big changes in a marriage, and I hope your readers find a way to create a deeper bond by learning from your stories. All the very best to you!

Hello Christie. I’m contacting moms like you to ask for your help. I’ve recently made a fun children’s animation using dinosaurs to teach the alphabet. I would like to make more educational videos, which I can do if enough people know about my animations. If you could take a few moments to view my animation and then decide if it’s something you think your viewers would like to share with their children, I would be very grateful. If not, that’s fine. I appreciate your time and consideration.

Hi Christie! I love your blog and the fact that we have something big in common…my oldest son Michael has Down’s Syndrome. Since then we have had 2 more sons, and we are all so blessed to have Michael in our lives.

Since having Michael, I have been determined to give him as many health benefits as possible, so I developed a passion for shopping for and cooking healthy meals. Now that my kids are all in school I’ve decided to start a website offering healthy lunches to other Mom’s. I tested hundreds of healthy foods on lots of kids including my own, picked the winners, and added fun toys and colorful lunch supplies. Everything is shelf stable so they can be stored in the pantry for those busy mornings. I am asking for your help in spreading the word about my site, and would be happy to send you some samples if you’re interested.

I hope to hear from you and by the way, Wil and your girls are adorable!

    Have a great day,
